Who we are
Cotangent Tech Inc. was incorporated in Michigan on September 24, 2026, and is based in Caro, Michigan. We build, support, and modernize software for businesses, individuals, federal agencies, and prime contractors.
The name comes from the cotangent, a trigonometric function. It's a nod to the mathematics under every piece of software, and to our habit of looking at a problem from more than one side before solving it.
Clients work directly with the engineer responsible for their project. Scope, schedule, and price are agreed in writing before work starts, and progress is visible throughout.
